Got Questions?

Frequently Asked Questions

What do I need to prepare before a bounce house delivery?

Before your bounce house delivery, you should: clear the setup area of debris and obstacles, mark the setup location, ensure access to an outdoor electrical outlet within 100 feet, have a garden hose available for water slides, and clear a path for our delivery truck.

How much space do I need to clear for a bounce house?

Clear an area at least 2 feet larger than the unit on all sides. For a 15x15 bounce house, clear at least a 19x19 foot area. Also ensure 14–18 feet of overhead clearance (no low-hanging branches or power lines).

Do I need to be home when the bounce house is delivered?

Yes — someone 18 or older must be present for delivery to sign the rental agreement and receive the safety briefing. The setup takes approximately 30–45 minutes.

What rules should I tell guests about the bounce house?

Key rules: no shoes, no sharp objects, no food or drinks inside, no flips or rough play, follow age/weight limits, no more than the recommended number of children at once, and always have adult supervision.

What should I do if the bounce house deflates during the party?

First, remove all children immediately. Check that the blower is still running and the air tube is connected. If the blower is running but the unit is deflating, there may be a leak — call us immediately at 678-379-9691.

How long before my party should the bounce house be set up?

We typically arrive 1–2 hours before your event start time to allow for setup and any adjustments. Confirm your desired setup time when booking.
