When Is the Balance Due?

The remaining balance is due on the day of delivery, before setup begins. Our team will collect the balance when we arrive at your event location.

Is the Deposit Refundable?

Our cancellation and refund policy is provided at the time of booking. In general, we work with customers to reschedule rather than forfeit deposits. Contact us as soon as possible if your plans change.

Pay your deposit securely online using a credit or debit card. Your booking is confirmed instantly once the deposit is processed.
