Weather is the #1 concern for outdoor events in Georgia. Here's exactly what happens in every weather scenario — and why your event is protected no matter what the forecast says.

GOPerfect conditions. All inflatables operate normally. Enjoy your event!
Light Rain / Drizzle
USUALLY OKMost inflatables can operate in light rain. Surfaces may become slippery — we recommend extra supervision. Call us to confirm for your specific units.
Moderate to Heavy Rain
PAUSEWe recommend pausing inflatable use during moderate to heavy rain. Surfaces become dangerously slippery. Resume once rain stops and surfaces dry.
Thunderstorms
STOPAll inflatables must be deflated and evacuated immediately during thunderstorms. Lightning is extremely dangerous near inflatables. No exceptions.
High Winds (25+ mph)
STOPInflatables must be deflated when sustained winds exceed 25 mph. High winds can cause units to become unstable even when properly anchored.

What is Wow Inflatables' rain policy?
Light rain is generally fine for most inflatables — they are designed for outdoor use. We do not operate in thunderstorms, high winds (over 25 mph), or severe weather. If weather forces a cancellation on the day of your event, we will work with you to reschedule at no additional charge.
Will I get a refund if it rains on my rental day?
If severe weather (thunderstorms, high winds, or extreme conditions) forces a complete cancellation, we will work with you to reschedule at no additional charge. We do not issue refunds for light rain — most events can continue with light rain with proper supervision.
What should I do if a thunderstorm starts during my event?
If a thunderstorm starts during your event, immediately evacuate all users from the inflatables, deflate the units, and move everyone to a safe indoor location. Call us at 678-379-9691 and we will come to secure the equipment as soon as it is safe to do so.
Can I use a water slide in the rain?
Water slides can be used in light rain since they are already wet. However, thunderstorms and high winds require immediate shutdown of all inflatables, including water slides. Always prioritize safety over fun.
How do you monitor weather for my event?
We monitor weather forecasts in the days leading up to your event and will contact you if we have concerns. We check the forecast the morning of your event and will reach out if severe weather is expected. We are available by phone throughout your event.
What if it rains the day before my event?
Rain the day before your event generally does not affect delivery. We will set up as scheduled. If the ground is excessively wet or muddy, we may need to adjust the setup location or use additional anchoring. Please ensure the setup area has adequate drainage.
Can I reschedule my event if rain is forecast?
Yes. If rain is forecast for your event day and you want to reschedule, contact us as soon as possible. Rescheduling availability depends on our calendar. We will do our best to accommodate a new date.
