How to Prepare Your Yard
Follow these steps before your rental day for a smooth, stress-free delivery.
Measure Your Setup Area
Measure the area where you want to set up the inflatable. Note the length, width, and any overhead obstructions. Compare to our unit dimensions to find the right fit.
Check Power Access
Locate the nearest outdoor electrical outlet. Ensure it is within 100 feet of your intended setup area. If not, plan for a generator or choose a different setup location.
Clear the Area
Remove furniture, toys, rocks, and debris from the setup area. Trim any low-hanging branches. Ensure a clear path from the street to the setup location.

Share your setup area dimensions and any access concerns with us before booking. We'll confirm the right unit for your space and address any logistical questions.

Answers to the most common questions about bounce house setup logistics.
How much space do I need for a bounce house rental?
A standard bounce house requires approximately 15×15 feet of space for the unit itself, plus 2–3 feet of clearance on all sides. We recommend a minimum 20×20 foot clear area. Larger units require more space — contact us with your yard dimensions and we'll recommend the right unit.
What type of surface can a bounce house be set up on?
We can set up on grass, concrete, or asphalt. Grass is ideal because we can use ground stakes for anchoring. On concrete or asphalt, we use sandbags. We cannot set up on gravel, dirt with large rocks, or surfaces with sharp objects.
Do I need an electrical outlet for a bounce house?
Yes. Our inflatables require a standard 110V household outlet within 100 feet of the setup area. The blower that keeps the bounce house inflated draws 10–15 amps and must run continuously during the rental. If you don't have an outlet nearby, ask us about generator rental.
What if my backyard has a gate that's too narrow?
Most of our units can be carried through a standard 36-inch gate. If your gate is narrower, please let us know when booking. We may be able to set up in your front yard or another accessible area. Contact us at 678-379-9691 to discuss your specific situation.
Can a bounce house be set up on a slope?
A gentle slope (less than 5 degrees) is generally acceptable. Steeper slopes are not safe for inflatable use. If your yard is significantly sloped, contact us to discuss options. We may be able to recommend a different setup location or unit.
How much overhead clearance is needed for a bounce house?
Standard bounce houses require approximately 15 feet of overhead clearance. Taller units like water slides may require 18–20 feet. Ensure there are no low-hanging branches, power lines, or other overhead obstructions in the setup area.
What do I need to prepare before the delivery team arrives?
Before we arrive, please clear the setup area of furniture, toys, and debris. Secure pets away from the setup area. Ensure there is a clear path from the street to the setup location. Have someone present to direct our team to the correct setup spot.
Can you set up a bounce house indoors?
Yes! We can set up in gymnasiums, large event halls, and other indoor spaces with sufficient ceiling height (typically 15–20 feet depending on the unit). Indoor setups require a power outlet and adequate ventilation for the blower. Contact us to discuss indoor setup options.
What if I don't have a power outlet near the setup area?
We offer generator rental for events without convenient power access. Ask about generator availability when booking. There may be an additional charge for generator rental.
