How far in advance should I book?

For weekend dates during spring and summer, we recommend booking 2–4 weeks in advance. For weekday events, 1 week is usually sufficient. Same-day availability is sometimes possible — call us to check.

Can I book a bounce house for the same day?

Same-day bookings are sometimes available depending on our schedule and unit availability. Call us at 678-379-9691 as early as possible for the best chance of same-day availability.

Do you require a deposit to book?

Yes, a deposit is required to secure your booking. The deposit amount and payment terms are provided during the booking process. The remaining balance is due on the day of delivery.

Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?

Yes. We understand that plans change. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Our cancellation and rescheduling policy is provided at the time of booking.

How much does a bounce house rental cost?

Standard bounce house rentals start at $140. Water slides start at $170. Combo units (bounce + slide) start at $185. Obstacle courses start at $250. All prices include free delivery, setup, and takedown.

Is delivery included in the price?

Yes. Free delivery, professional setup, and takedown are included in all rental prices for most of our service area. There are no hidden fees — the price we quote is the price you pay.

Do you offer discounts for multiple units?

Is there a military or veteran discount?

Yes! We offer a discount for active duty military, veterans, and first responders. Mention your service when booking to apply the discount.

Are there any additional fees I should know about?

We believe in transparent pricing. The price we quote includes delivery, setup, and takedown. The only potential additional charge is for events outside our standard service area. We will always disclose any additional fees upfront before you confirm your booking.

We deliver to Middle Georgia and South Metro Atlanta, including Forsyth, Macon, Warner Robins, McDonough, Griffin, Milledgeville, Barnesville, Newnan, Fayetteville, Stockbridge, Locust Grove, Jackson, and surrounding communities within approximately 100 miles of Forsyth, GA.

How early do you arrive to set up?

We typically arrive 1–2 hours before your event start time to complete setup. For larger multi-unit events, we may arrive earlier. We coordinate the exact arrival window with you when you book.

How long does setup take?

Setup for a single bounce house typically takes 20–30 minutes. Larger units or multiple units may take longer. We factor setup time into our arrival window so everything is ready before your guests arrive.

What do I need to have ready for delivery?

Please ensure there is a clear path from the street to the setup area, the setup area is clear of debris and obstacles, and an electrical outlet is within 100 feet (or let us know in advance so we can bring a generator). Grass or concrete surfaces work well.

Do you set up on concrete or asphalt?

Yes, we can set up on grass, concrete, or asphalt. We use sandbags or stakes to secure the unit depending on the surface. Please let us know the surface type when booking so we can bring the right equipment.

Are your inflatables safe?

Yes. All Wow Inflatables units are cleaned and sanitized after every rental, inspected before each delivery, and meet Georgia safety standards. We are fully licensed and insured. Our staff provides safety briefings at setup.

Is Wow Inflatables licensed and insured?

Yes. Wow Inflatables is fully licensed and insured in the state of Georgia. We carry general liability insurance and can provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) for events at parks, schools, churches, or venues that require one.

Do I need my own insurance to rent a bounce house?

In most cases, no. Our liability insurance covers the equipment during the rental period. However, some venues (parks, schools, churches) may require you to obtain additional event insurance. We can provide a COI to satisfy most venue requirements.

What is the maximum weight or age for bounce houses?

Most standard bounce houses accommodate children up to 12 years old and have a weight limit of 200–250 lbs per person. Specific weight and age limits vary by unit and are provided at the time of delivery. We always recommend adult supervision.

How many children can use a bounce house at once?

Capacity varies by unit size. Standard bounce houses accommodate 6–8 children at a time. We provide capacity guidelines at setup and recommend following them to ensure safe use.

What happens if it rains on my rental day?

Light rain is generally fine for most inflatables — they are designed for outdoor use. However, we do not operate in thunderstorms, high winds (over 25 mph), or severe weather. If weather forces a cancellation, we will work with you to reschedule at no additional charge.

Can I use a bounce house in the wind?

We recommend not operating inflatables in winds exceeding 25 mph. Our units are anchored with stakes or sandbags, but high winds can create unsafe conditions. If winds are forecast above 25 mph on your event day, please contact us to discuss options.

What is your weather cancellation policy?

If severe weather (thunderstorms, high winds, or extreme conditions) forces a cancellation on the day of your event, we will work with you to reschedule at no additional charge. We monitor weather closely and will contact you if we have concerns.

Can I use a water slide when it's cold outside?

Water slides require warm weather for safe and comfortable use. We generally recommend water slide rentals for days when the temperature is at least 75°F. For cooler weather, we recommend our dry slides, which are available year-round.

Yes. Every Wow Inflatables unit is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after each rental using commercial-grade cleaning products. We take cleanliness seriously — our equipment is always clean, safe, and ready for your event.
