How much does a school field day package cost?
Our School Field Day Package starts at $699 for a 3-unit setup (1 obstacle course + 1 combo + 1 interactive game). Larger packages for 200–500 students range from $900–$1,600. All packages include free delivery, setup, takedown, and a Certificate of Insurance.
Does Wow Inflatables provide a Certificate of Insurance for school events?
Yes. We provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) naming your school or school district as an additional insured at no extra charge. Most schools and districts require this. Just let us know when booking.
How far in advance should I book for school field day?
Book 4–6 weeks in advance. May and early June are our busiest months for school events. Dates fill quickly — especially Fridays and the last two weeks of the school year.
Can bounce houses be set up on a school parking lot?
Yes. We set up on asphalt and concrete using sandbag anchoring. School parking lots and paved areas work well. We will need access to power outlets or can bring generators.
What grades are your field day inflatables appropriate for?
Our obstacle courses and combo units work well for K–5 (ages 5–11). For middle schools, we recommend larger obstacle courses and interactive games. We can advise on age-appropriate units for your specific grade levels.
